Susannah has performed and recorded Argentian Tango for groups such as Tango Silencio, Lucas Furno Orquesta, Juan Pablo Orquesta, Sexteto Fantasma, Trio Revirado, Quintetto Negro la Bocca, Quinteto Clandestino, Tango Terra and La Mariposa Tango. She has also performed with leading Tango musicians such as Ramiro Gallo and Lidia Borda with Silencio as well as with Julio Pane and Juan Pablo Navarro as part of Lucas Furno’s Orquesta de Cuerdas.
Susannah’s understanding of Argentinian Tango owes much to Roger Helou director and founder of world renound Tango Silencio. Roger tutored Tango Quintet Frambuesas and consequently invited Susannah to tour with Silencio as guest solo violin.
She went on to win the Katherine McGillivray Get A Life award enabling her to live in Argentina during which time she performed at the famous Tango salons of Buenos Aires including La Casa del Tango, C.C. Torquato Tasso, Salon Canning, La Viruta, La Catedral, Almagro Tango Club, Roberto’s Bar and Sanata Bar as well as live on Tango Radio “2x4”
